• Location: District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Complete tasks and prioritize workload effectively under senior guidance.

• Assist in managing and coordinating small project tasks as assigned.

• Document current business processes (As-Is) and future client expectations.

• Test Odoo functions and solution workflows based on specific project requirements.

• Draft Solution Blueprints and present them to clients (with Project Manager support).

• Collaborate with Developers to design and test requirements based on technical specs.

• Configure solutions and perform Functional Testing to ensure business needs are met.

• Conduct training sessions for Key Users and End-users.

• Support users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

• Provide Go-live support and assist with month-end closing for assigned modules.

• Prepare project documentation following company methodologies.

• Build an internal Knowledge Base to share solutions and insights.

• Proactively research new skills and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required! We provide full training on Odoo solutions and consulting skills through real projects.

• Proactive mindset in internal tasks and project implementation.

• Technical English: Ability to read specialized documents and basic communication.

• Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Professional Traits: A "can-do" attitude, self-motivated learner, belief in the value of your work, and logical thinking.

• AI Savvy: Knowledge of utilizing AI models to boost personal productivity.
