JOB DESCRIPTION

• Complete tasks and prioritize workload effectively under management guidance.

• Assist in managing and coordinating small project components as required.

• Present solutions persuasively to clients and internal project teams.

• Support the coordination of project meetings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze "As-Is" business processes and "To-Be" expectations.

• Provide expert knowledge of Odoo Enterprise to help clients maximize standard features. (No Odoo experience? We will train you!)

• Draft Solution Blueprints and present them to clients.

• Communicate with Developers to design and test requirements based on technical specifications.

• Configure the system and perform Functional Testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.

• Conduct training sessions for Key Users and End-users.

• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Assist with Go-live and month-end closing for assigned modules.

• Prepare project documentation following company methodologies.

• Build an internal Knowledge Base to share solutions and best practices.

• Actively research new skills and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience with ERP solutions (Odoo experience is a major plus).

• Exposure: Participated in at least 1–2 full project life cycles.

• Knowledge: Proficiency in Accounting, Inventory, Sales, or Manufacturing modules is a big advantage.

• Language: Technical English (ability to read documents and basic communication).

• Certification: Odoo Certification is a plus.

• Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Mindset: Proactive, self-learning, belief in professional value, and a growth-oriented, logical mindset.

• AI Integration: Ability to utilize AI models to enhance work productivity.
